Last updated: May 2026
1. General These terms apply to all orders placed through dolcimomenti.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Dolci Momenti is based in the Netherlands and operates under Dutch and EU consumer law.
2. Products All products are handmade baked goods. Product images are for illustration purposes — minor variations in appearance may occur, especially for custom orders. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions to ingredients where necessary (e.g. due to availability), and will notify you in such cases.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Custom and pre-orders require confirmation of your chosen pickup/delivery date at the time of ordering.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. if a date is unavailable).
4. Delivery & Pickup
- We offer local delivery and in-store pickup within our designated service area.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time.
5. Pricing All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price paid.
6. Cancellations & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.
7. Liability Dolci Momenti is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering — while we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
8. Allergen Information Our products may contain or have been prepared in an environment with gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other allergens. A full allergen overview is available on request.
9. Complaints We take complaints seriously. Please contact us first at [your email]. If unresolved, you may contact the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
