Return & Refund Policy
Perishable Products Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final once the order has been picked up or delivered.
Quality Issues If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@dolcimomenti.nl and include photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or credit.
Custom & Pre-Orders Custom cake orders are made to order and are non-refundable once confirmed and production has begun. We invest significant time and ingredients into every custom creation, and as such cancellations are not eligible for a refund once the order is in production.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
- To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dolcimomenti.nl
Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
