1. Delivery Area We offer local delivery within 's-Hertogenbosch and surrounding municipalities. Orders outside our delivery zone are available for in-store pickup only.

2. Pickup In-store pickup is available at by special arrangement. Your chosen pickup date and time will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Please collect your order at the agreed time — we cannot guarantee product quality if pickup is significantly delayed.

3. Local Delivery

• Delivery is available on Mondays - Saturdays
• A delivery fee of €2.50 - €5.00 subject to Zone/distance.
• You will receive a confirmation with your estimated delivery window.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. We cannot leave perishable items unattended.

4. Order Lead Times

• Standard orders require a minimum of 2 days' notice.
• Custom cakes and pre-orders require a minimum of 3 days' notice.
• Orders placed after our cut-off time of 12:00 noon will be processed the following business day.

5. Freshness & Handling Our products are freshly made and should be consumed within 2–3 days of pickup/delivery. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration may be required for cream-based products.

6. Issues with Delivery If there is a problem with your delivery (damaged, missing, or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours at info@dolcimomenti.nl with photos.
